Young Masters exhibit carries on, with changes
Each April the Hannibal Arts Council typically fills its galleries with the Young Masters exhibit – select works by Hannibal’s fifth grade, eighth grade and high school students, including both public and parochial schools. This year’s Young Masters exhibit is still happening, but with changes.
HAC is currently closed to the public, so the Young Masters exhibit has been moved online to the Gallery page at hannibalarts.com. There is a separate album/gallery for each participating instructor. Not all instructors were able to submit student work prior to school closings. Participating schools include select Veterans Elementary fifth grade students taught by Tara Lewton and select Hannibal High School students taught by James Zimmerman and Lisa Wiese.
The exhibit is being sponsored by General Mills Hometown Grantmaking Program, the George H. Riedel Private Foundation the Missouri Arts Council. For more information on the status of this and other HAC programs contact them at 573-221-6545, email@example.com or visit their website hannibalarts.com.
