99 bucks or less Holiday Art Market, the Hannibal Arts Council’s annual holiday sale, opens from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 19. HAC gallery hours are Noon to 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday and 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Saturdays. HAC is located at 105 S. Main St. in Downtown Hannibal. 99 bucks…or less! Holiday Art Market will be open at the Hannibal Arts Council through December 20.
