The Hannibal Arts Council takes a special interest in youth. It is today's youth that will be tomorrow's artists and supporters of the arts. The Hannibal Arts Council has frequent opportunities for kids through our Pre-K Art Explorers and K-5 Art Adventure programs as well as larger-scale annual events like our Wild & Wacky Art Adventure and Holly Jolly Hands-On Holiday Workshop.
