The Hannibal Arts Council takes a special interest in youth. It is today's youth that will be tomorrow's artists and supporters of the arts. The Hannibal Arts Council has monthly opportunities for kids through our Youth Art Adventure programs as well as larger-scale annual events like our Wild & Wacky Art Adventure and Holly Jolly Hands-On Holiday Workshop.
